GENERAL INFORMATION
Everything you need to know prior to arrival:
Your apartment is available from 3.00pm on the day of your arrival until 9.30am on the day of your departure. Shall you arrive earlier than 3.00pm, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Pets are not allowed in our new apartments - we thank you for your understanding.
We are a no-smoker house, we therefore kindly ask you to smoke on the balcony of your apartment.
We offer a free shuttle service from/to Versciaco trainstation to our farm.
All prices shown are meant for a minimum stay of 4 nights.
Fresh bread service upon request. Please tell us your favourite rolls/bread the evening before and we are pleased to collect it for you freshly baked from the bakery.
Delicious homemade (also vegetarian) breakfast upon request in our breakfast room or room service from 7.30am to 9.30am (just tell us your favourite time). Breakfast costs from €8,00 to €15,00 per person.

Our environment and our nature are the most precious goods we have. That is why we put great importance on waste sorting/recycling and we kindly ask our guests to do the same. You will find more useful information in our guest folder.

To confirm your booking we kindly as for a deposit of 30% of the total amount of your booked holiday to the following bank account:

We don’t accept credit cards, but Eurocheques, bank transfer or cash.
Cancellation terms: until 3 months before the day of arrival no cancellation fee - from 3 months to 4 weeks before the day of arrival we calculate 30% of the total amount - in the last 4 weeks before the day of arrival we calculate 70% of the total amount.
Holiday cancellation cover „Roter Hahn“: To be on the safe side and to avoid having to pay cancellation fees, we advice to sign a travel insurance in case of cancellation, late arrival or earlier departure. For further information click here >>
